GA (General Admission) ticket holders can access to all general area and wet zone. VIP ticket holders have access to VIP entrance, VIP non-wet balcony, VIP storage and toilet. VIP ticket holders will also get a S2O HK Complimentary Merchandise.
Take taxi and alight at the Star Ferry taxi drop off, walk straight ahead for 2-4 mins; Take MTR to Central (exit A) or HK Station (exit A2) and 10 mins walking distance; Take the Star Ferry to Central and walk towards the left after disembarking for 1 min; Take bus to Central, depending on the bus route, you can alight in Central or the Outlying Ferry Piers and walk to the site.
The festival is only suitable for persons aged 18 or above. The Organiser or Venue Manager reserves the right to require ticket holders to present proof of age such as identity card, passport or other identification documents.
Basically anything that our security team may deem dangerous or a disturbance to others- including glassware, water guns, shampoo, soap, umbrellas etc – are NOT allowed inside the event. For details on what is not allowed to bring to the festival, please refer to our T&C.
Drinking water is provided at the venue; attendees are allowed to bring any (except glasses) empty water bottles into the venue; It is strictly forbidden to bring any outside food and drinks.
Hopefully! While the area from the front stage to the control booth is usually soaking wet, we will also have few places for those who wish to stay dry – 2nd stage area, food booth and entrance area.
Yes, storage service will be provided, but please keep valuables belongings with you at all time. It is strictly forbidden to bring personal items exceeding 21cm x 30cm x 15cm (size similar to an A4 paper) into the main stage area.
There will be first aid counters at the venue. In case of emergency, find the nearest staff / security to help. As the festival involves lots of water effects, you may be exposed to water for a long time, your body temperature may go down, so please bring towel and extra clothes. Also, you will be exposed to sun, please remember to put sunscreen not only on your face but also on your legs and arms.
